In his over 20 years of leadership experience, Utkarsh has worked for Fortune 500 companies, (FICO, WorldCom, and MCI Telecommunications); venture capital firms (MCI Ventures and Blueprint Ventures), and founded multiple companies (LBF Travel and Globester).

Utkarsh holds an MBA from the University of Iowa, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India.
